If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 14 days. If you are exchanging your item, you will not be charged an additional domestic ground shipping costs on the new item! Does not apply if you are having your items shipped internationally. All returned items must be in their original condition any items returned in any condition other than in that originally sent will not be eligible for return, or exchange. We are not responsible for lost returns. The postmark date must be clearly marked on the front side of your packing slip. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please contact us via email before sending any returns or exchanges, we will send you a return confirmation number and this number must be included with the returned merchandise along with name, address, telephone number, order date, and email address.
